Hill Country Premier Lodging accepts all major credit cards
Deposit: A deposit equal to one night lodging is required at time of reservation. Your balance due will be charged 14 days before arrival.
There is a 6% hotel tax and a 6% service fee.
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date are fully refundable less a $50.00 service fee. If you should cancel your
reservation within less than 30 days of your expected arrival, your payment will be refunded to you less a $50.00 service fee if, and only if, the property you
reserved is rebooked for the same dates. If it is not rebooked, your entire payment is non-refundable. Refunds will be made by check or credit card to your bankcard account.
Sorry, cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
No deductions of guests, pets or reserved dates may be made less than 30 days prior to check-in.
Check in: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Check out: 11:00 a.m.. Please notify us if an early or late check-in is required. Guests who choose to
shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to the cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due on their reservation.
*Hill Country Premier Lodging and the individual property owners it represents cannot be held responsible for any damages or injuries.
*Additional charges may be applied after departure due to extra cleaning or damages to a property.
*Hill Country Premier Lodging and its owners are not responsible for items left behind in any of our properties. Please make sure you check every room before you leave.
There will be a $25.00 service charge plus shipping for items left behind that you would like to be returned to you.
*Pets are NOT Allowed unless you are visiting one of our pet friendly property. Please visit our pet friendly site for a full listing of these properties.
*All of Hill Country Premier Lodging's listings are Non-Smoking properties.
*No Day guest allowed on any of our properties.
Keys: A $25.00 fee will be charge for lost keys.

while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner or Hill Country Premier Lodging are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to
use the premise.
